About Your TD Teachers
Mr. Rosebrook
Originally I am from a town called Clifton Park New York. It is located North of Albany New York. I attended Shenendehowa Central Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. I then went on to attend Cortland University located South of Syracuse New York. I graduated with my Undergraduate Degree in Elementary Education. In the spring of 2011 I moved to Huntersville North Carolina with two of my good friends. In 2013 I graduated with my Masters of Education with an AIG license from UNCC. I started substitute teaching my first year in North Carolina and Cornelius Elementary was one of the first schools I had the pleasure substituting for. That summer I applied for a job for the following school year and received my first teaching assignment. I taught 2nd grade for my first 3 years and then moved to fourth grade for a year. This is my 11th year as a teacher at Cornelius and my 7th year in a Talent Development role. I am committed to the success of each and every child at Cornelius, and strive to bring forth both personal growth and excellence.
I am looking forward to great school year!
I enjoy doing many things with my wife Sarah, sons Ryder and Nash, and crazy dog Roscoe. We love enjoying time outdoors and visiting new places. We also enjoy visiting historical places, learning new things as we explore . Summertime is my favorite time of year because we are able to stand up paddle board around Lake Norman (and even bring Roscoe with us). I also enjoy music and sports. Especially the Miami Dolphins.
